Nice clear pic! The lesions are benign warts caused by a proliferation of the human papilloma virus. Very common and harmless.

If they don't hurt, they are best left to self-resolve as this will give you acquired immunity against further infection of this type of virus.

They are most probably resolving already as itch is a symptom of inflammation, which is how your immune system fights the virus.
