My left foot feels like it is having blood circulation difficulties, it feels like the blood isn't circulating right, the same feeling of tying a string around your finger, or sitting on your foot for a long period of time. It is never on my right foot, and it usually happens at night when I am sitting down. I am not overweight, I am actually underweight, and I have had my blood sugar tested a year or so ago and they said it was okay, then. It is a very noticeable problem, however it is not noticeable to the eye at all times, it may be a tad bit more pale than the other foot, and it doesn't swell. Any ideas on what may be causing this and if it is serious?

I don't know how one can tell that it "feels like" one has blood circulating difficulties. I would judge that the feeling that most folks get from sitting one's foot for a long period of time is due to nerve compression, not circulation, and I don't know anyone who would tie a string around his finger so tightly so as to cut off circulation. So, in my view, what you need is a diagnosis prior to a suggestion of a cure. That would most likely mean going to see a doctor.
